Vishal Sarin
Founder, President & CEO
A deep tech entrepreneur and engineer with over 25 years in semiconductors and related systems. His strengths are leading company vision, managing boards and building efficient business and engineering teams. His seminal work is analog in-memory computing using non-volatile memories. He has 100+ patents, an MSEE from University of Michigan and an MBA from UC Berkeley.
Richard Terrill
VP, Strategy & Business Development
With four decades in the semiconductor and technology sectors, his expertise is leading business and strategy. His deepest well of experience is in programmable chips, including Altera, Xilinx, XMOS, Wave and Blaize. He specializes in constructing frameworks required for successful commercial productization of new technologies. He holds a BS in Physics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
Taber Smith
VP, Applications
He has led product development and applications across a range of industries. His first company, Praesagus, developed a machine learning application for predicting surface topography defects for ICs. His work has been in a wide range of industries including AI, solar, biotechnology, consumer electronics, and sensors for autonomous driving. He holds over 25 patents and a Ph.D. from MIT.
Pavel Klinger
VP, Silicon Enablement
During his 35 years in the semiconductor industry, he has held a wide variety of engineering and business executive roles. Holding 6 US patents, he earned an M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering and PhD in Physics from St. Petersburg Technical University. He previously worked for ISD, Hynix, Microchip, Intel , Global Foundries, and UMC.

He has over 30 years of experience leading chip development teams designing ASICs, SOCs, and microprocessors. He has consulted to many leading companies such as Intel Labs, LG Silicon Valley Labs, and Huawei. With deep expertise in chip design as well as algorithms, he has a master’s degree in electrical engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology.
Yasantha Rajakarunanayake
VP, AIML, Software
An experienced technologist and scientist with over 30 years of experience in high-tech industry, Yasantha is a recognized authority in Artificial Intelligence (AI). He has substantial expertise developing numerics and fine-tuning models and accuracy using sophisticated mathematical techniques. He holds a PhD in Applied Physics from Caltech and has held key positions at Mediatek and Broadcom.
